FAQ
Is Radone free?
Yes — during alpha. The local app will stay free forever. Cloud sync, hosted share links, and shared template libraries will move to a paid tier later, with affordable pricing for individual radiologists.
Where is my data stored?
On your computer, in your browser's IndexedDB or your Electron app's local storage. Cloud sync is off by default. If you turn it on, your data is encrypted in transit and stored on Cloudflare D1.
Does it handle PHI safely?
Reports never leave your machine unless you choose to share or sync. Public share links auto-strip patient identifiers before upload. We're working through additional security hardening; see the project repo for details.

Radone is built by a practicing radiologist for the global radiology community, with a focus on the MENA region.
